eSIM Trip Plan estimates data needs and compares selected offers from Airalo's product catalogue. We are not Airalo, a mobile network, telecommunications provider, travel agency, or reseller. Airalo and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Prices, coverage, and recommendations

Catalogue data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by the provider without notice. Coverage depends on the exact plan, destination, compatible device, local network, fair-use rules, and activation conditions. Recommendations are automated estimates, not a guarantee that a plan will meet your needs.

Always confirm the current price, supported countries, validity, network, data allowance, device compatibility, and refund terms on Airalo before buying.

Purchases and support

Purchases take place on Airalo. Your purchase contract, payment, activation, refund, and support relationship is with Airalo under its own terms. eSIM Trip Plan cannot access, change, cancel, or refund an Airalo order.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal or legitimate business trip planning. You must not:

• interfere with, overload, scrape at excessive rates, or attempt to bypass the site's security;
• use the service to distribute malware, deceive others, or violate applicable law;
• misrepresent eSIM Trip Plan as Airalo or as an authorised telecommunications provider.

Availability and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, roaming charges, missed connectivity, provider outages, purchasing decisions, or third-party acts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
