About the project
Travel eSIM decisions without the guesswork.
eSIM Trip Plan is an independently operated comparison project for travelers who want a clear answer before they buy mobile data abroad.
What we publish
We build practical tools rather than a directory of every plan on the market. The Europe route planner compares one regional eSIM with separate country plans. Our destination guides compare like-for-like packages from Airalo, Saily, and Yesim and explain the trade-offs that price alone misses.
Who is behind the site
The site is researched, written, and maintained by the eSIM Trip Plan editorial team. We review provider information, monitor price feeds, test our comparison logic, and correct unclear wording when readers or our own checks find a problem.
We are not a mobile network, an eSIM provider, or a reseller. We do not issue eSIMs, process purchases, or provide the connection after checkout.
How the project earns money
Some provider links are affiliate links. If a reader buys after following one of them, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to the reader. A provider cannot buy a better price badge or change the comparison rules.
Read the full affiliate disclosure.
Our editorial principles
- Compare the same data amount and trip duration wherever the source data allows it.
- Show a missing or non-equivalent plan instead of inventing a price.
- Separate verified provider facts from practical guidance and clearly state limitations.
- Keep price ranking independent from affiliate commission.
- Link to the provider so the traveler can confirm the final price, coverage, and payment method.
What our comparisons do not claim
We do not claim that a lower price guarantees a better mobile network. Coverage, throttling, hotspot rules, activation timing, taxes, promotions, and payment availability can change. We do not present provider marketing claims as our own field testing.
For the exact process, read our price and editorial methodology.
