eSIM Trip Plan is designed to work without accounts, profiles, payments, or a customer database. This policy explains the limited data involved when you use the site.

Who operates this site
eSIM Trip Plan is an independent informational service operated from Kazakhstan. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at hello@esimtripplan.com.
Information processed by the planner
When you compare plans, the selected countries, trip length, and data allowance are sent to our server to produce the result. We do not ask for your name, phone number, precise location, Airalo account, or payment details. Planner inputs are not saved in an application database or used to build a personal profile.
Links used in our own promotional posts may include standard campaign labels such as source, campaign, and content. The site keeps a compact version of that label in session storage for the current browser tab so an outbound affiliate click can be attributed to the publication that introduced the visit. It does not contain your name, email, precise location, or route selections, and it is not used for targeted advertising.
Hosting, security, and basic analytics
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the service. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated page and performance statistics. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors or for targeted advertising.

Affiliate links and third parties
Purchase buttons first pass through a same-site redirect and then the Travelpayouts affiliate network before opening Airalo. Travelpayouts and Airalo may process click information, device data, and cookies under their own policies. We receive aggregated reports about clicks, purchases, and commissions, not your Airalo password or payment card.
If you email us, we process your email address and message only to respond, prevent abuse, and keep a reasonable record of the request. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or applicable legal requirements.
Cookies
eSIM Trip Plan does not require an account cookie or place advertising cookies on the planner itself. Third parties may use cookies after you choose to follow an affiliate link to their services. Their cookie and consent controls apply on their websites.
Legal bases and international processing
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, limited technical processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, and improving the site; correspondence is based on responding to your request. Cloudflare, Travelpayouts, and Airalo operate internationally, so technical data may be processed outside your country subject to their safeguards and policies.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, and to complain to a local data-protection authority. Email us to make a request. Because the planner does not create user accounts or store planner histories, we may have little or no data that can be linked back to you.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or its providers change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
